Admitted to practice in California since 1996, Nikki has significant experience in all phases of litigation with mass toxic torts, including breast implants, asbestos, food poisoning, pharmaceuticals, and other medical devices, as well as commercial lawsuits focused on land use, contract disputes, and other business issues. Nikki has researched and written numerous motions, including dozens of summary judgment motions as well as appellate fillings; conducted and defended hundreds of depositions of plaintiffs, experts, and percipient witnesses; supervised document productions involving hundreds of thousands of documents; negotiated numerous settlements; and has had extensive client contact as well as significant supervisory experience of local counsel and junior team members.

First chair in commercial real estate trial that settled to client's satisfaction prior to verdict but after presentation of all of client's witnesses and evidence.
Lead associate in charge of managing day-to-day activities of California asbestos-related litigation for international energy company.
Defended regional juice manufacturer in 20+ lawsuits arising from E. coli o157:H7 contamination of the company's products.
Defended international technology company in complex contract dispute and successfully transferred case from New Jersey state court to the Northern District of California; successfully represented client at early neutral evaluation session that resolved case.
Prevailed on summary judgment on behalf of land development company against county; successfully opposed writ for appellate review of summary judgment.
Trial preparation attorney on national team defending international healthcare corporation against thousands of product liability claims for allegedly defective medical device.
